13/11/2010ELAS ALBARIÑO 2009, ON THE TOP OF THE PEÑIN GUIDE
It has happened again. Peñín´s Guide, the most important Wine Guide in Spain has considered the wine ELAS 2009, like one of the best Albariños in Spain, thanks to their 92 points that they have published in the Guide 2011.
This is not a novelty for ELAS wine because every year it has been able to be among the best, with punctuations always on the 90 points, what qualifies it like one of the best wines in Galicia. Also, no many wines have been able to stay during 3 years among the wines Top of the guide.
Cayetano Otero and the rest of oenologist team of Red Bottle has gotten this new success that compensate their constant effort.
13/11/2010RIVENDEL ROBLE 2009, RED FOM RIBERA DEL DUERO; THE BIG BET
Rivendel is the great bet of Red Bottle team. It is a wonderful wine made with grapes of Tempranillo variety and in a very good cuality vintage. Angel Luis Margüello, has made a very good job.
The oak barrel process oscillates between 5 or 6 months to oenologist decision. American and French barrels are used to aged that gives these complez characteristic to Roble wines.
Later, it has been bottled and rest about 3 months before it released. A great modern design and the best price, transform it in a very interesting wine.

21/07/2009ELAS 07 ONE OF THE BEST WINES FROM SPAIN FOR PEÑIN MAGAZINE
The quality of Elas 2007 has been rewarded by the important magazine specialized Sibaritas, property of Peñín group. The magazine has published in its number of February of 2009 it rectifies its previous punctuation; enlarging from 89 to 92 the points in the qualification. A fact that transforms Elas into the best Albariño 2007 in the guide.
Wines
Our wine catalogue consists of various denominations, but supply of any denomination is possible. Our plan for the near future is to have all denominations permantenly available in our catalogue.
We produce our own brands of Albariño, Ribera del Duero and Jumilla Apellations.
We have launched a consultancy service to create private brands for distribuction channel.
Tinned Food
In tinned food ours suppliers are leader companies. For the fish specialities we have chosen Ubago group. By the special nature of the species they process, the constant search for raw materials as well as optimisation of the processes has led them to design a complex supply chain at a global level.
For meat delicatessen we have chosen Cascajares. The Cascajares`s products provides the best Spanish kitchen and both banquetsand catering rooms. We can mentios the paradores, el Club del Gourmet of El Corte Ingles and the best gourmet shops.
Cold meat & Cheeses
Our supplier are in from the main denomination in Spain: GUIJUELO . They represent the maxium quality of iberian products.
Under our own brand called "EMOCION IBERICA" all the Iberian products are available: ham , shoulder, lchorizo, loin, sausage and fresh/frozen meat.
For cheeses our supplier is ARQUES (Asociación Nacional para la Promoción Desarrollo del Queso). We are his trade representative and marketing consultant and we specialized on sheep, cow and mixed cheedes.
