Under the new brand, Emoción Ibérica, RBI has released their Iberian products from Guijuelo (Salamanca). These products are specially selected form its quality from free-ranging pigs grazing on pastures and acorns plots of our best parklands (montanera). Hams are cured in our own drying places unless 24 months using our traditionally artisan methods.
