The products in our web, are classified as gourmet products or big consumer goods. This classification is made according to the survey in the markets that are currently referenced, Spain and Malta. But we know that each market has its particularities and our mission is to fit your needs.
How do I order?
Check your interest in products and service. We will draw up a measure budget. First of all and depending on market, we need authorization from our suppliers for not interfering with their distribution networks.
We make final price rates included all the logistics and service you demand.
Possible logistics services,
Storage. The warehouse is located in Barcelona (Sant Elies 6-8 08006 Barcelona). It has an optimal conditions for storing wine and food products. Here, goods are consolidated, the orders are made, and they are shipped to its destination. Also from here is preparing all necessary documentation in coordination with foreign correspondents.
· Maritime: We have consignor agreement with different ship lines. This allows us to achieve the best solution in each time depending on your needs. The most common conditions on which we work are:
1. CIF (valid for any location)
2. DDU (only for countries within the EU where there is no customs clearance)
Other alternatives are viable after study
· Air: manage multiple agreements with different airlines companies, we can always find a company willing to transport your goods. The deals allow sufficient flexibility and variety to suit your needs.
· Land: service available for shipment to Spain and within the EU. We work with different companies with one premise: speed and flexibility.

Guarantee and Security
We arrange policy with Zurich which guarantees begin from the operations of load in the store of exit, stays in intervals stores - consignees in a maximum period up to 30 days and it finishes with the delivery of the goods in the store of the addresses.
Any problem that will happen will be solved with the major speed.
Conditions of payment
As intermediary, we take charge of negotiating between suppliers and clients. Our suppliers work with societies of risk capital assuring the collection. For that, we will negotiated conditions with the client depending on the risk.
The advanced payments have a compensation of 3 %.
We solve all the administrative management of the collections and payments for the finally chosen way, (transfer, remittance or credit).
